Post Summer Accountability Challenge

Summer can be tough on your diet and exercise routine. How many times have you thought about starting a habit, put it on your to-do list, and ignored it or put it off for the next day? Then, every day you put it off it seems more and more daunting to start! Put an end to that nasty cycle in this 5 Week Accountability Program!! This program is meant to provide you structure and accountability to help you get back on track AND is a great way to get individual nutrition and wellness guidance from Amy at a discounted rate!

This program is for you if you:

  • Have the nagging "I'll start tomorrow" voice in your head

  • Have health related goals, but can't get yourself to start them

  • Had a fun summer, but need some help getting back on track

  • Do well with accountability

  • Are ready to personally change habits

This program includes:

  • Two 1-on-1 sessions with Amy:

    • Let’s Make a Plan: Discuss your goals and how to achieve them successfully in this program

    • Where to Go From Here: Discuss your next steps at the end of the 5 weeks

  • Weekly check ins on you and your progress towards your goals

  • Team accountability*

*You will be placed on a team of people also working towards their wellness goals. Each week you will work individually to complete your goals to earn points for the team. This is meant to add extra accountability, because after all, you don’t want to let your team down, right?!

This program does not include:

  • Meal plans

  • Daily guidance

  • In depth 1-on-1 help: if you feel like you need additional help, let’s talk about other services that may be better for you

  • Guaranteed change: The only way change will happen, is if you are committed to the process of the program and willing to put work in. I will guide you, but you are in charge of your own change.

Other program details:

  • Cost: $75

  • Program dates: 9/23/19-10/27/19

  • Your habit/goal needs to be wellness related (diet, exercise, stress, sleep, self care, etc). It can also be simple or complex.

  • You do not have to live in Spokane to participate in this program!

Come to learn about what your baby needs nutritionally as they begin to grow and develop! We will discuss various stages of feeding as well as address any concerns you may have about progressing your baby into an eater!

New Moms Wellness Series: Get Back to Exercise

Come workout with other new and expecting moms! These workouts are designed to help you move comfortably, safely and effectively to help you keep moving during pregnancy or get moving postpartum.

Workouts will occur Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:30-11:30 from July 9th-August 1st.

Cost: $65. No gym membership necessary!
