Small Group Fitness Classes
Join our small group fitness classes to build your fitness with community AND individualized coaching
Endurance Athlete Strength Class: Tues & Thurs mornings @ 5:30-6:30am
Strength training can help endurance athletes build strength, power and reduce the risk of injury!
Perimenopause/Menopause Strength Class: Tues & Thurs mornings @ 10:30-11:30am
Get specific strength work to help you build muscle, strengthen bones, and optimize your body composition as you transition through perimenopause
Retiree Class: Mon & Wed mornings @ 8:30-9:30am
Work on strength, balance and core work to help you stay strong and active as you age
General Strength Class: Mon & Wed evenings @ 5:30-6:30pm
Tues & Thurs evenings @ 6-7pm
This class is meant for individuals who want to get strong, but want some extra guidance!
All strength classes are capped at 4 people to allow maximum benefit for the participants. We do have locker rooms and showers available.

Perimenopause and Menopause Group Course
We are working on creating a group course that includes nutrition guidance, metabolic testing, strength training and group sessions to help you feel confident that you are supporting your body through perimenopause and menopause. We hope to launch this program early 2026.

Small Group sessions
Do you and a group of friends have similar struggles and goals? Let’s work together to get you all where you want to be! This is structured much like the 1-on-1 sessions, but with a group of people you feel comfortable participating in your journey with.
Seminars
Seminars allow nutrition and wellness information to be provided to a larger group. This is an ideal way to support employees in a workplace setting or provide information at a larger event. Topics include, but are not limited to: Nutrition Foundations, Building Healthy Habits, Family Nutrition, Nutrition in the Workplace, Mindful Eating, Fueling a Healthy Lifestyle, Fueling for Specific Sport Training, Fueling for Specific Competition, High School Athlete Sport Specific Fueling.
