Come workout with other new and expecting moms! These workouts are designed to help you move comfortably, safely and effectively to help you keep moving during pregnancy or get moving postpartum.
Workouts will occur Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:30-11:30 from July 9th-August 1st.
Cost: $65. No gym membership necessary!
