Why Hire a Coach?

Leaving triathlon training and nutrition to guesswork can lead to:

  • Burnout, overuse injuries, or longer recovery times

  • Poor race performance because of inefficient fueling or pacing

  • Stagnant progress even with lots of effort

  • Frustration, missed goals, or feeling like your time & training aren’t paying off

With the right coaching, you’ll move toward being more efficient, confident, resilient, and able to enjoy the journey as much as the finish line.

Why I want to coach you:

I love running & triathlon. There is nothing more empowering than crossing the finish line knowing you pushed your limits. I have seen that feeling change people’s lives, including my own. My first triathlon was in 2011. I did it on a mountain bike. I hated yet loved every moment of it. And after I finished, I felt on top of the world… I was hooked!! Since then, I have raced sprint distance, olympic distance and half ironman distance. I have spent countless hours creating training plans for myself and my husband. I have researched and trialed proper fueling techniques. I have learned about strength training, triathlon specific coaching, and injury prevention all to build my tool box so I can coach you.

A coach plays an important role it your life. You put your trust in them to guide you from where you are to where you want to be. There are moments where they need to support you and moments that they need to challenge you all while being your biggest cheerleader. Whether you are looking to hit a new PR or just finish a race, I will help you get there.

I am ready for the challenge… are you?
