Fuel to Thrive 2025 Year in Review: Spokane Nutrition, Strength, and Endurance Coaching in Action

I’ve always been someone who looks ahead—setting goals, making plans, and chasing what’s next. But this year, I’ve truly fallen in love with looking back.

Taking time to reflect on a full year of work has been both grounding and empowering. When you zoom out, it becomes clear just how much can be accomplished through consistency, intention, and a whole lot of small wins. As a Spokane-based private practice nutrition and performance coaching team, reflection has become a powerful confidence builder for us—and a reminder that meaningful change doesn’t happen overnight, but through steady, aligned effort.

With that in mind, here’s a look back at what 2025 looked like at Fuel to Thrive.
