Group Fitness
Strength Training That Feels Supportive, Safe, Effective, and Actually Fun
Small group fitness classes designed to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency—without the intimidation of doing it alone.
Why Small Group Training Works
You know strength training matters — for your health, your confidence, and your future — but walking into a gym alone can feel overwhelming.
Our small group fitness classes give you the structure, coaching, and accountability you need, while still feeling encouraging and approachable. You’ll learn how to move your body safely and effectively, alongside other women who are showing up for the same reason: to feel strong, capable, and supported.
No pressure. No perfection. Just progress — together.
Who These Classes Are For
Our small group classes are perfect if you:
Know you should strength train but feel unsure where to start
Want coaching and accountability without the cost of 1-on-1 training
Enjoy the motivation and connection of a group setting
Are busy with work, family, and life — and need something realistic
Want strength training that supports long-term health, not just aesthetics
What Makes Our Small Group Classes Different
Coached, Not Crowded

Evidence-Based Training
Every workout is thoughtfully programmed to support strength, mobility, bone health, and body composition.
A Welcoming Environment
